Padel in Croatia is young but well organised. The Hrvatski padel savez was founded in January 2017. It joined the European Padel Association in 2019, became a provisional member of the Croatian Olympic Committee in 2020, and has been a full member of the International Padel Federation since 1 January 2023 (HPS). The International Padel Federation's World Padel Report 2025 counts 91 courts across 32 clubs.
Since 2026, almost everything runs through the HPS Play Portal. Players, clubs, coaches and referees use it to register for tournaments, check the official ranking, book courts and pay the annual membership that comes with an HPS licence. It replaced the RankedIn platform the federation used before.
The sport is spreading beyond Zagreb. The City of Rijeka opened two public outdoor courts in January 2025 (Rijeka). Osijek got its first court in 2023 and had a new padel centre under construction in 2025. Samobor hosted the FIP Beyond international amateur tournament in May 2026.
