San Marino is one of Europe's smallest padel countries, but it takes part in international padel. The International Padel Federation's World Padel Report 2025 counts 5 courts at 1 club. The sport is run by the San Marino Tennis Federation, which joined the International Padel Federation in 2020, and day-to-day activity is organised by an affiliated beach tennis and padel association.
Nearly all padel in the republic happens at Wonderbay in Serravalle, a sports centre close to the Italian border. It is the home of San Marino's national teams, which play in the Italian leagues: the men in Serie C and the women in Serie D. The national team finished 15th at the 2021 European Championships in Marbella, and two Sammarinese players competed at the 2023 European Games in Kraków.
Wonderbay has also hosted international events. In September 2022 it staged the San Marino International Kuikma Padel Cup, a FIP Gold tournament (FST).
