Padel in Slovenia is small, but it is spread well beyond the capital. The International Padel Federation's World Padel Report 2025 counts 20 courts at 8 clubs. The sport has its own governing body, Padel zveza Slovenije (PZS), founded in 2021 and affiliated to the International Padel Federation from 2022.
The federation runs a national championship every year and an A, B and C tournament calendar from March to September, hosted by clubs across the country. Its 2026 competition rules rank players on their best six results of the past 12 months, and competing requires an annual membership.
Ljubljana has the most options. Ludus runs covered courts in Črnuče and rooftop courts on the ALEJA shopping centre. The rooftop courts hosted FIP Bronze Slovenia in June 2026 (FIP). The city also opened three public courts below Hala Tivoli in April 2025 (City of Ljubljana).
Outside the capital, there are clubs in and around Maribor, in Novo mesto and Portorož, and a cluster in the Koroška region at Kotlje, Dravograd and Slovenj Gradec. Many Slovenian clubs take bookings through Courtiplay or Sportifiq rather than Playtomic.
