Kosovo took up padel only recently, but it has grown fast. The International Padel Federation's World Padel Report 2025 counts 25 courts at 7 clubs. The Kosovo Padel Federation was founded in Prizren on 28 August 2021 and runs only padel, separate from tennis.
The federation's history sets out the milestones. It joined the Kosovo Olympic Committee in March 2022. The country's first padel centre opened in Prishtina in July 2022, and the federation joined the European Padel Federation that November. The International Padel Federation accepted it in July 2023, with full membership from January 2024.
The federation keeps a national ranking through Rankedin and organises the Prishtina Padel Open. The fourth edition, in June 2026, drew about 60 players (Telegrafi). In May 2026 Kosovo hosted its first CUPRA FIP Tour event, FIP Bronze Prishtina (FIP).
Most courts are around Prishtina, several of them along the road south towards Ferizaj. So far our listings come from the clubs' booking platforms and tournament pages rather than their own websites, so they are marked unconfirmed. Check details with the club before you go.
